SHORT-TERM LIMITED DURATION INSURANCE 1 RULE PROHIBITION. 2 The Secretary of Health and Human Services, the 3 Secretary of the Treasury, and the Secretary of Labor 4 may not take any action to implement, enforce, or other- 5 wise give effect to the rule entitled ‘‘Short-Term, Limited 6 Duration Insurance’’ (83 Fed.
