SHORT TITLE; DEFINITION. 3 (a) SHORT TITLE.—This title may be cited as the 4 ‘‘Colorado Wilderness Act of 2020’’. 5 (b) SECRETARY DEFINED.—As used in this title, the 6 term ‘‘Secretary’’ means the Secretary of the Interior or 7 the Secretary of Agriculture, as appropriate. 8 SEC. 102. ADDITIONS TO NATIONAL WILDERNESS PRESER- 9 VATION SYSTEM IN THE STATE OF COLO- 10 RADO. 11 (a) ADDITIONS.—Section 2(a) of the Colorado Wil- 12 derness Act of 1993 (Public Law 103–77; 107 Stat. 756; 13 acres, as gen- 9 erally depicted on a map titled ‘Redcloud & Handies 10 Peak Proposed Wilderness’, dated October 9, 2019, 11 which shall be known as the Redcloud Peak Wilder- 12 ness. 13 ‘‘(25) Certain lands managed by the Gunnison 14 Field Office of the Bureau of Land Management or 15 located in the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre, and Gun- 16 nison National Forests, which comprise approxi- 17 mately 26,734 acres, as generally depicted on a map 18 titled ‘Redcloud & Handies Peak Proposed Wilder- 19 ness’, dated October 9, 2019, which shall be known 20 as the Handies Peak Wilderness. 21 ‘‘(26) Certain lands managed by the Royal 22 Gorge Field Office of the Bureau of Land Manage- 23 ment, which comprise approximately 16,481 acres, 24 as generally depicted on a map titled ‘Table Moun- Management, which comprise approximately 10,282 6 acres, as generally depicted on a map titled ‘Grand 7 Hogback Proposed Wilderness’, dated October 16, 8 2019, which shall be known as the Grand Hogback 9 Wilderness. 10 ‘‘(28) Certain lands managed by the Grand 11 Junction Field Office of the Bureau of Land Man- 12 agement, which comprise approximately 25,624 13 acres, as generally depicted on a map titled 14 ‘Demaree Canyon Proposed Wilderness’, dated Octo- 15 ber 9, 2019, which shall be known as the Demaree 16 Canyon Wilderness. 17 ‘‘(29) Certain lands managed by the Grand 18 Junction Field Office of the Bureau of Land Man- 19 agement, which comprise approximately 28,279 20 acres, as generally depicted on a map titled ‘Little 21 Books Cliff Proposed Wilderness’, dated October 9, 22 generally depicted on a map titled ‘Bull 4 Gulch & Castle Peak Proposed Wilderness’, dated 5 January 29, 2020, which shall be known as the Bull 6 Gulch Wilderness. 7 ‘‘(31) Certain lands managed by the Colorado 8 River Valley Field Office of the Bureau of Land 9 Management, which comprise approximately 12,016 10 acres, as generally depicted on a map titled ‘Bull 11 Gulch & Castle Peak Proposed Wilderness Areas’, 12 dated January 29, 2020, which shall be known as 13 the Castle Peak Wilderness.’’. 14 (b) FURTHER ADDITIONS.—The following lands in 15 the State of Colorado administered by the Bureau of Land 16 Management or the United States Forest Service are here- 17 by designated as wilderness and, therefore, as components 18 of the National Wilderness Preservation System: 19 (1) Certain lands managed by the Colorado 20 River Valley Field Office of the Bureau of Land 21 Management or located in the White River National 22 Forest, which comprise approximately 19,240 acres, 23 Office of the Bureau of Land Management or 4 located in the Pike and San Isabel National Forests, 5 which comprise approximately 23,116 acres, as gen- 6 erally depicted on a map titled ‘‘Badger Creek Pro- 7 posed Wilderness’’, dated November 7, 2019, which 8 shall be known as the Badger Creek Wilderness. 9 (3) Certain lands managed by the Royal Gorge 10 Field Office of the Bureau of Land Management or 11 located in the Pike and San Isabel National Forests, 12 which comprise approximately 35,251 acres, as gen- 13 erally depicted on a map titled ‘‘Beaver Creek Pro- 14 posed Wilderness’’, dated November 7, 2019, which 15 shall be known as the Beaver Creek Wilderness. 16 (4) Certain lands managed by the Royal Gorge 17 Field Office of the Bureau of Land Management or 18 the Bureau of Reclamation or located in the Pike 19 and San Isabel National Forests, which comprise ap- 20 proximately 32,884 acres, as generally depicted on a 21 map titled ‘‘Grape Creek Proposed Wilderness. 7 (6) Certain lands managed by the Grand Junc- 8 tion Field Office of the Bureau of Land Manage- 9 ment, which comprise approximately 5,144 acres, as 10 generally depicted on a map titled ‘‘North & South 11 Bangs Canyon Proposed Wilderness’’, dated October 12 9, 2019, which shall be known as the South Bangs 13 Canyon Wilderness. 14 (7) Certain lands managed by the Grand Junc- 15 tion Field Office of the Bureau of Land Manage- 16 ment, which comprise approximately 26,624 acres, 17 as generally depicted on a map titled ‘‘Unaweep & 18 Palisade Proposed Wilderness’’, dated October 9, 19 2019, which shall be known as The Palisade Wilder- 20 ness. 21 (8) Certain lands managed by the Grand Junc- 22 tion Field Office of the Bureau of Land Manage- 23 ment or located in the Grand Mesa, in the Manti-LaSal Na- 8 tional Forest, which comprise approximately 37,637 9 acres, as generally depicted on a map titled 10 ‘‘Sewemup Mesa Proposed Wilderness’’, dated No- 11 vember 7, 2019, which shall be known as the 12 Sewemup Mesa Wilderness. 13 (10) Certain lands managed by the Kremmling 14 Field Office of the Bureau of Land Management, 15 which comprise approximately 31 acres, as generally 16 depicted on a map titled ‘‘Platte River Addition Pro- 17 posed Wilderness’’, dated July 20, 2018, and which 18 are hereby incorporated in and shall be deemed to 19 be part of the Platte River Wilderness designated by 20 Public Law 98–550. 21 (11) Certain lands managed by the 22 Uncompahgre Field Office of the Bureau of Land 23 Management, which comprise approximately 17,587 24 acres,
