SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Homeland Security 4 Assessment of Terrorists Use of Ghost Guns Act’’. 5 SEC. 2. THREAT ASSESSMENT ON TERRORIST USE OF 6 GHOST GUNS. 7 (a) IN GENERAL.—The Under Secretary for Intel- 8 ligence and Analysis of the Department of Homeland Se- 9 curity shall, in coordination with appropriate Federal 10 partners, annually develop and disseminate a terrorism 11 threat assessment regarding the availability of ghost guns 12 in furtherance of an act of terrorism, including the provi- 13 sion of material support or resources to a foreign terrorist 14 organization.
