SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS. 3 (a) SHORT TITLE.—This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Re- 4 authorizing and Extending America’s Community Health 5 Act’’ or the ‘‘REACH Act’’. 6 (b) TABLE OF CONTENTS.—The table of contents for 7 this Act is as follows: 8 Sec. 1. EXTENSION FOR COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS, 3 THE NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE CORPS, AND 4 TEACHING HEALTH CENTERS THAT OPERATE 5 GME PROGRAMS. 6 (a) COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS.—Section 7 10503(b)(1)(F) of the Patient Protection and Affordable 8 Care Act (42 U.S.C. 254b–2(b)(1)(F)) is amended by strik- 9 ing ‘‘fiscal year 2019’’ and inserting ‘‘each of fiscal years 10 2019 through 2023’’. 11 (b) NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE CORPS.—Section 12 10503(b)(2)(F) of the Patient Protection and Affordable 13 Care Act (42 U.S.C. 254b–2(b)(2)(F)) is amended by strik- 14 ing ‘‘2018 and 2019’’ and inserting ‘‘2019 through 2023’’. 15 VerDate Sep 11 2014 21:36 Dec 31, 2020 Jkt 019200 PO 00000 Frm 00006 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6203 E:\BILLS\H2328.RH H2328 pamtmann on DSKBC07HB2PROD with BILLS 7 •HR 2328 RH (c) TEACHING HEALTH CENTERS THAT OPERATE 1 GRADUATE MEDICAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS.—Section 2 340H(g)(1) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 3 256h(g)(1)) is amended by striking ‘‘2018 and 2019’’ and 4 inserting ‘‘2019 through 2023’’. 5 (d) APPLICATION.—Amounts appropriated for a pro- 6 gram pursuant to the amendments made by subsection (a), 7 (b), or (c) for fiscal years 2020 through 2023 are subject 8 to the requirements and limitations of the most recently en- 9 acted regular or full-year continuing appropriations Act or 10 resolution (as of the date of obligation of current funds) ap- 11 plicable to the respective program. 12 SEC. 102. EXTENSION OF PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY EDU- 1 CATION PROGRAM. 2 Section 513 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 713) 3 is amended— 4 (1) in paragraphs (1)(A) and (4)(A) of sub- 5 section (a), by striking ‘‘2019’’ and inserting ‘‘2023’’ 6 each place it appears; 7 (2) in subsection (a)(4)(B)(i), by striking ‘‘2019’’ 8 and inserting ‘‘2023’’; and 9 (3) in subsection (f), by striking ‘‘2019’’ and in- 10 serting ‘‘2023’’. 11 SEC. 104. EXTENSION OF SEXUAL RISK AVOIDANCE EDU- 12 CATION PROGRAM. 13 Section 510 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 710) 14 is amended by striking ‘‘fiscal years 2018 and 2019’’ each 15 place it appears in subsections (a)(1), (a)(2)(A), (f)(1) and 16 (f)(2) and inserting ‘‘fiscal years 2019 through 2023’’. 17 TITLE II—MEDICARE 18 EXTENDERS 19 SEC. 201. EXTENSION OF FUNDING FOR QUALITY MEASURE 7 ENDORSEMENT, INPUT, AND SELECTION 8 UNDER THE MEDICARE PROGRAM. 9 (a) IN GENERAL.—Section 1890(d)(2) of the Social Se- 10 curity Act (42 U.S.C. 1395aaa(d)(2)) is amended— 11 (1) by striking ‘‘and $7,500,000’’ and inserting 12 ‘‘$7,500,000’’; and 13 (2) by striking ‘‘and 2019.’’ and inserting ‘‘and 14 2019, and $30,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 15 through 2022.’’. 16 (b) [Text truncated for display.
