Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. TRANSFER OF ADMINISTRATIVE JURISDICTION 3 OVER CERTAIN PARCELS OF FEDERAL LAND 4 IN ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA. 5 (a) TRANSFER TO THE SECRETARY OF THE ARMY.— 6 (1) TRANSFER.—Administrative jurisdiction 7 over the parcel of Federal land described in para- 8 VerDate Sep 11 2014 00:39 Apr 18, 2019 Jkt 089200 PO 00000 Frm 00001 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6201 E:\BILLS\S1152.IS S1152 kjohnson on DSK79L0C42 with BILLS 2 •S 1152 IS graph (2) is transferred from the Secretary of the 1 Interior to the Secretary of the Army. 2 (2) DESCRIPTION OF LAND.—The parcel of 3 Federal land referred to in paragraph (1) is the ap- 4 proximately 16.09-acre parcel of land in Arlington, 5 Virginia, adjacent to and comprising Memorial Ave- 6 nue from the western side of the Route 110 over- 7 pass, west to and including the hemicycle used by 8 the Women in Military Service for America Memo- 9 rial, as depicted in blue on the map entitled ‘‘Arling- 10 ton National Cemetery, Memorial Ave–NPS Parcel’’ 11 and dated November 25, 2018. 12 (b) TRANSFER TO THE SECRETARY OF THE INTE- 13 RIOR.— 14 (1) TRANSFER.—Administrative jurisdiction 15 over the parcel of Federal land described in para- 16 graph (2) is transferred from the Secretary of the 17 Army to the Secretary of the Interior. 18 (2) DESCRIPTION OF LAND.—The parcel of 19 land referred to in paragraph (1) is the approxi- 20 mately 1.04-acre parcel of Federal land in Arlington, 21 Virginia, adjacent to the Chaffee parking lot, com- 22 prising 1 structure, and bounded on the northeast 23 by Sherman Drive, as depicted in green on the map 24 VerDate Sep 11 2014 00:39 Apr 18, 2019 Jkt 089200 PO 00000 Frm 00002 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6201 E:\BILLS\S1152.IS S1152 kjohnson on DSK79L0C42 with BILLS 3 •S 1152 IS entitled ‘‘Arlington National Cemetery–Chaffee NPS 1 Land Swap’’ and dated October 31, 2018. 2 (c) LAND SURVEYS.—The exact acreage and legal de- 3 scription of a parcel of Federal land described in sub- 4 section (a)(2) or (b)(2) shall be determined by a survey 5 satisfactory to the Secretary of the Army and the Sec- 6 retary of the Interior. 7 (d) AUTHORITY TO CORRECT ERRORS.—The Sec- 8 retary of the Army and the Secretary of the Interior may 9 correct any clerical or typographical error in a map de- 10 scribed in subsection (a)(2) or (b)(2). 11 (e) TERMS AND CONDITIONS.— 12 (1) NO REIMBURSEMENT OR CONSIDER- 13 ATION.—A transfer by subsection (a)(1) or (b)(1) 14 shall be without reimbursement or consideration. 15 (2) CONTINUED RECREATIONAL ACCESS.—The 16 use of a bicycle trail or recreational access within a 17 parcel of Federal land described in subsection (a)(2) 18 or (b)(2) in which the use or access is authorized be- 19 fore the date of enactment of this Act shall be al- 20 lowed to continue after the transfer of the applicable 21 parcel of Federal land by subsection (a)(1) or (b)(1). 22 (3) MANAGEMENT OF PARCEL TRANSFERRED 23 TO SECRETARY OF THE ARMY.—The parcel of Fed- 24 eral land transferred to the Secretary of the Army 25 VerDate Sep 11 2014 00:39 Apr 18, 2019 Jkt 089200 PO 00000 Frm 00003 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6201 E:\BILLS\S1152.IS S1152 kjohnson on DSK79L0C42 with BILLS 4 •S 1152 IS by section (a)(1) shall be administered by the Sec- 1 retary of the Army— 2 (A) as part of Arlington National Ceme- 3 tery; and 4 (B) in accordance with applicable law, in- 5 cluding— 6 (i) regulations; and 7 (ii) section 2409 of title 38, United 8 States Code. 9 (4) MANAGEMENT OF PARCEL TRANSFERRED 10 TO SECRETARY OF THE INTERIOR.—The parcel of 11 Federal land transferred to the Secretary of the In- 12 terior by subsection (b)(1) shall be— 13 (A) included within the boundary of Ar- 14 lington House, The Robert E.
