Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. ERIE CANALWAY NATIONAL HERITAGE COR-

RIDOR REAUTHORIZATION ACT.

(a) SHORT TITLE.—This Act may be cited as the
5
‘‘Erie Canalway National Heritage Corridor Reauthoriza-
6
tion Act’’.

(b) REAUTHORIZATION.—Section 810(a)(1) of the
8
Erie Canalway National Heritage Corridor Act (title VIII
9
of division B of appendix D of Public Law 106–554; 54
