IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES APRIL 10, 2019 Mr. LANKFORD (for himself and Mr. CASEY) submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Foreign Relations RESOLUTION Reaffirming the unique collaboration among United States nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), including faith- based organizations, and the Israel Defense Forces to deliver humanitarian assistance to Syrians.
