To amend chapter 3123 of title 54, United States Code,
to protect United States Heritage Abroad.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. PROTECTING U.S. HERITAGE ABROAD.

Chapter 3123 of title 54, United States Code, is
4
amended as follows:
5
(1) In section 312302, by inserting ‘‘and
6
unimpeded access to those sites’’ after ‘‘buildings’’.

(2) In section 312304(a)—
