Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. CERTAIN FEDERAL EMPLOYEES WHO ARE BENE- 1 FICIARIES OF DACA AUTHORIZED TO BE 2 PAID. 3 Section 704 of title VII of division D of the Consoli- 4 dated Appropriations Act, 2019 (Public Law 116–6) is 5 amended— 6 (1) by striking ‘‘eligible; or’’ and inserting ‘‘eli- 7 gible;’’; and 8 (2) by striking ‘‘allegiance to the United 9 States:’’ and inserting ‘‘allegiance to the United 10 States; or (5) is a person who is employed by the 11 House of Representatives or the Senate, and holds 12 a current employment authorization document that 13 was issued under the Deferred Action for Childhood 14 Arrivals Program of the Secretary of Homeland Se- 15 curity, established pursuant to the memorandum 16 from the Secretary of Homeland Security entitled 17 ‘Exercising Prosecutorial Discretion with Respect to 18 Individuals Who Came to the United States as Chil- 19 dren’, dated June 15, 2012:’’. 20 Æ VerDate Sep 11 2014 21:00 Apr 16, 2019 Jkt 089200 PO 00000 Frm 00002 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6301 E:\BILLS\S1095.IS S1095 pbinns on DSK79D2C42PROD with BILLS
