INTELLIGENCE ROTATIONAL ASSIGNMENT PRO- 1 GRAM. 2 Section 844 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 3 (6 U.S.C. 414) is amended by adding at the end the fol- 4 lowing new subsection: 5 ‘‘(b) INTELLIGENCE ROTATIONAL ASSIGNMENT PRO- 6 GRAM.— 7 ‘‘(1) ESTABLISHMENT.—Not later than 1 year 8 after the date of the enactment of this section, the 9 Secretary shall establish an Intelligence Rotational 10 Assignment Program as part of the Rotation Pro- 11 gram under subsection (a). 12 ‘‘(2) ADMINISTRATION.—The Chief Human 13 Capital Officer, in conjunction with the Chief Intel- 14 ligence Officer, shall administer the Intelligence Ro- 15 tational Assignment Program established pursuant 16 to paragraph (1). 17 ‘‘(3) ELIGIBILITY.—The Intelligence Rotational 18 Assignment Program shall be open to employees 19 serving in existing analyst positions within the De- 20 partment’s Intelligence Enterprise and other Depart- 21 ment employees as determined appropriate by the 22 Chief Human Capital Officer and the Chief Intel- 23 ligence Officer. 24 ‘‘(4) COORDINATION.—The responsibilities 25 specified in paragraph (3)(B) of subsection (a) that 26 VerDate Sep 11 2014 01:38 Jun 02, 2020 Jkt 099200 PO 00000 Frm 00002 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6401 E:\BILLS\H2066.RS H2066 pamtmann on DSKBC07HB2PROD with BILLS 3 •HR 2066 RS apply to the Rotation Program under such sub- 1 section shall, as applicable, also apply to the Intel- 2 ligence Rotational Assignment Program under this 3 subsection.’’. 4 SECTION 1.
