Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘National Scenic Trails 4 Parity Act’’. 5 SEC. 2. ICE AGE NATIONAL SCENIC TRAIL. 3 Section 5(a)(10) of the National Trails System Act 4 (16 U.S.C. 1244(a)(10)) is amended by striking the third 5 and fourth sentences and inserting ‘‘The trail shall be ad- 6 ministered by the Secretary of the Interior as a unit of 7 the National Park System.’’. 8 SEC. 4.
