Breathitt 5 (Pennyrile) Parkway.’’. 6 (b) DESIGNATION AS FUTURE INTERSTATE.—Sec- 7 tion 1105(e)(5)(A) of the Intermodal Surface Transpor- 8 tation Efficiency Act of 1991 is amended by striking ‘‘and 9 subsection (c)(90)’’ and inserting ‘‘subsection (c)(90), and 10 subsection (c)(91)’’. 11 (c) NUMBERING OF PARKWAY.—Section 12 1105(e)(5)(C)(i) of the Intermodal Surface Transpor- 13 tation Efficiency Act of 1991 is amended by adding at 14 the end the following: ‘‘The route referred to in subsection 15 (c)(91) is designated as Interstate Route I–369.’’. 16 (d) OPERATION OF VEHICLES.—Section 127(l)(3)(A) 17 of title 23, United States Code, is amended— 18 (1) by striking ‘‘clause (i) or (ii)’’ and inserting 19 ‘‘clauses (i) through (iii)’’; and 20 (2) by adding at the end the following: 21 ‘‘(iii) The Wendell H.
