To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to permanently
extend the alternative fuel refueling property credit.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. PERMANENT EXTENSION OF ALTERNATIVE
3
FUEL REFUELING PROPERTY CREDIT.

(a) IN GENERAL.—Section 30C of the Internal Rev-
5
enue Code of 1986 is amended by striking subsection (g).
6
(b) EFFECTIVE DATE.—The amendment made by
7
this section shall apply to property placed in service after
8
December 31, 2017.
