A BILL
To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to rename
the visa waiver program, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Secure Travel Partner-
4
ship Act of 2019’’.

SEC. 2. RENAMING OF PROGRAM.

(a) IN GENERAL.—Section 217 of the Immigration
7
and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1187) is amended—

Act (8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(7)(B)(iv)) is amended in the

clause heading by striking ‘‘VISA WAIVER PROGRAM’’
8
and inserting ‘‘SECURE TRAVEL PARTNERSHIP’’.

(2) TABLE OF CONTENTS.—The table of con-
10
tents for the Immigration and Nationality Act is
11
amended by striking the item relating to section 217
12
and inserting the following:

‘‘Sec. 217. Secure Travel Partnership.’’.
