To direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide child care to veterans
at Vet Centers in the same manner as the Secretary provides child
care to veterans at other Department of Veterans Affairs facilities.

To direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide child
care to veterans at Vet Centers in the same manner
as the Secretary provides child care to veterans at other
Department of Veterans Affairs facilities.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Vet Center Childcare
4
Parity Act’’.

SEC. 2. DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS PROVISION

OF CHILD CARE AT VET CENTERS.

If the Secretary of Veterans Affairs provides child

care to veterans, the Secretary shall provide child care to
4
veterans at Vet Centers in the same manner as the Sec-
5
retary provides child care to veterans at other Department
6
of Veterans Affairs facilities.
