To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act
of 1965 to expand the military student identifier pro-
gram to cover students with a parent who serves in
the reserve component of the Armed Forces.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Supporting Children
4
of the National Guard and Reserve Act’’.
