Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘True Price Act’’. 4 SEC. 2. REQUIREMENT TO DISCLOSE COSTS OF 3 HEALTH CARE SERVICES. 4 ‘‘A group health plan or a health insurance issuer of- 5 fering group or individual health insurance coverage shall 6 disclose to enrollees in the plan or coverage the negotiated 7 rate for each health care service covered under the plan 8 or coverage, including the amount paid by such plan or 9 issuer and any cost-sharing amount charged to the en- 10 rollee.
