A BILL
To direct the President to establish a unified United States
Space Command.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. UNIFIED UNITED STATES SPACE COMMAND.

(a) ESTABLISHMENT.—Pursuant to section 161 of
4
title 10, United States Code, the President shall establish
5
a unified combatant command to be known as the United
6
States Space Command.
7
(b) CONFORMING REPEAL.—Section 169 of title 10,
8
United States Code, is repealed.

(c)
CONFORMING
AMENDMENT.—Section
10
2273a(d)(3) of title 10, United States Code, is amended
