To repeal certain foreign affairs reporting requirements.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. REPEAL OF CERTAIN FOREIGN AFFAIRS RE-
3
PORTING REQUIREMENTS.

(a) IN GENERAL.—The following provisions of law
5
are repealed:
6
(1) Section 404 of the Arms Control and Disar-
7
mament Act (22 U.S.C. 2593b), relating to public
8
annual report on world military expenditures and
9
arms transfers.
10
(2) Section 5 of the Act entitled ‘‘An Act to es-
11
tablish a Commission on Security and Cooperation

(b) CONFORMING AMENDMENT.—Section 502 of the

International Security and Development Cooperation Act
13
of 1985 (22 U.S.C. 2349aa–7) is amended by redesig-
14
nating subsection (c) as subsection (b).
