The rights enumerated in this Constitu- 2 tion and other rights retained by the people shall be the 3 rights of natural persons. 4 ‘‘SECTION 2. As used in this Constitution, the terms 5 ‘people’, ‘person’, and ‘citizen’ shall not include a corpora- 6 tion, a limited liability company, or any other corporate 7 entity established by the laws of any State, the United 8 States, or any foreign state. 9 ‘‘SECTION 3.
