YUCCA HOUSE NATIONAL MONUMENT BOUNDARY 1 REVISION. 2 (a) BOUNDARY REVISION.—The boundaries of the 3 Yucca House National Monument are revised to include 4 the approximately 160 acres of land generally depicted as 5 ‘‘Proposed Expansion Tract’’ on the map entitled ‘‘Yucca 6 House National Monument Proposed Boundary Revision’’, 7 numbered 318/105,085, and dated August 2010. 8 (b) MAP.—The map described in subsection (a) shall 9 be on file and available for public inspection in appropriate 10 offices of the National Park Service. 11 (c) ACQUISITION OF LAND.— 12 (1) METHOD OF ACQUISITION.—Within the 13 land described in subsection (a), the Secretary of the 14 Interior may acquire land and interests in land by 15 donation. 16 (2) ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS.—The Secretary of 17 the Interior may pay any administrative costs of ac- 18 quiring land and interests in land by donation under 19 paragraph (1) with appropriated funds. 20 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 21 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Yucca House National 22 Monument Boundary Revision Act’’. 23 SEC. 2.
