To extend the authority of the Secretary of Veterans Affairs
regarding presumptions of service connection for diseases
associated with exposure to herbicide agents, and for
other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Expedite Agent Orange
4
Coverage Act’’.

AGENTS.

(a) IN GENERAL.—Section 1116(e) of title 38,
6
United States Code, is amended by striking ‘‘September
7
30, 2015’’ and inserting ‘‘September 30, 2025’’.

(b) TREATMENT OF REPORTS RECEIVED DURING
9
EXPIRED PERIOD.—Each report described in section
10
1116(c)(1)(A) of such title that was received by the Sec-
11
retary of Veterans Affairs during the period beginning on
12
September 30, 2015, and ending on the date of the enact-
13
ment of this Act shall be treated, for purposes of such
14
section, as if it were received by the Secretary on the date
15
of the enactment of this Act.
