This bill directs the Secretary of the Interior to create a new rule that removes the Northern Continental Divide Ecosystem population of grizzly bears from the Federal list of endangered and threatened wildlife. The bill is titled the "Comprehensive Grizzly Bear Management Act of 2023."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Comprehensive Grizzly

Bear Management Act of 2023’’.

SEC. 2. REMOVAL OF NORTHERN CONTINENTAL DIVIDE

ECOSYSTEM POPULATION OF GRIZZLY BEARS

FROM FEDERAL LIST OF ENDANGERED AND

THREATENED WILDLIFE.

Not later than 180 days after the date of the enact-
10
ment of this Act, the Secretary of the Interior shall issue
11
a final rule removing the Northern Continental Divide
12
Ecosystem population of grizzly bears from the Federal
13
list of endangered and threatened wildlife without regard
14
to any other provision of law that applies to the issuance
15
of such rule. Such issuance and this section shall not be
16
subject to judicial review.
