Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. QUINDARO TOWNSITE NATIONAL COMMEMO- 3 RATIVE SITE ACT. 4 (a) SHORT TITLE.—This Act may be cited as the 5 ‘‘Quindaro Townsite National Commemorative Site Act’’. 6 (b) DEFINITION.—In this Act, the term ‘‘Secretary’’ 7 means the Secretary of the Interior. 8 (c) DESIGNATION.—The Quindaro Townsite in Kan- 9 sas City, Kansas, as listed on the National Register of 10 VerDate Sep 11 2014 02:27 Mar 02, 2019 Jkt 089200 PO 00000 Frm 00001 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6201 E:\BILLS\H1340.IH H1340 kjohnson on DSK79L0C42 with BILLS 2 •HR 1340 IH Historic Places, is hereby designated as the Quindaro 1 Townsite National Commemorative Site.
