Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. FORCE AND EFFECT OF PRODUCTION SAFETY SYS- 1 TEMS RULE AND THE WELL CONTROL RULE. 2 Subparts D, E, F, G, H, and Q of section 250 of 3 title 30, Code of Federal Regulations (as in effect on Jan- 4 uary 1, 2018), shall have the same force and effect of law 5 as if such subparts had been enacted by an Act of Con- 6 gress. 7 SEC. 3.
