A BILL
To amend title 23, United States Code, to allow airport
projects to be eligible to participate in the TIFIA pro-
gram, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Transportation Infra-
4
structure Finance and Innovation Act for Airports’’.
5
SEC. 2. PROJECT ELIGIBILITY.
6
Section 601(a)(12) of title 23, United States Code,
7
is amended—
