IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES FEBRUARY 11, 2019 Mr. BLUMENTHAL (for himself, Mr. MURPHY, and Mr. WHITEHOUSE) sub- mitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation RESOLUTION Expressing support for the designation of February 12, 2019, as ‘‘Darwin Day’’ and recognizing the importance of science in the betterment of humanity.
