in the Senate.

SECTION 1. CONSIDERATION OF NOMINATIONS.

(a) LIMIT ON CONSIDERATION FOR CERTAIN NOMI-
3
NATIONS.—
4
(1) IN GENERAL.—If cloture is invoked on a
5
nomination described in paragraph (2), there shall
6
be no more than 2 hours of post-cloture consider-

(2) NOMINATIONS
COVERED.—A nomination

described in this paragraph is a nomination of an in-

dividual to a position—

(A) as a judge of a district court of the

United States or of the United States Court of

Federal Claims; or

(B) in the executive branch that is not—
9
(i) a position at level I of the Execu-
10
tive Schedule under section 5312 of title 5,
11
United States Code; or
12
(ii) a position as a member of—
13
(I) the Equal Employment Op-
14
portunity Commission;
15
(II) the Securities and Exchange
16
Commission;
17
(III) the Federal Election Com-
18
mission;
19
(IV) the Federal Energy Regu-
20
latory Commission;
21
(V) the Federal Trade Commis-

sion;
23
(VI) the National Labor Rela-

tions Board;
