(a) GREATER
YELLOWSTONE
ECOSYSTEM.—Not
5
later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this
6
Act, the Secretary of the Interior shall reissue the final
7
rule relating to removing the Greater Yellowstone Eco-
8
system population of grizzly bears from the Federal List
9
of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife, published on
10
June 30, 2017 (82 Fed. Reg. 30502), without regard to
11
any other provision of statute or regulation that applies
12
to issuance of such rule. Such reissuance and this sub-
13
section shall not be subject to judicial review.

NORTHERN
CONTINENTAL
DIVIDE
ECO-
15
SYSTEM.—No later than 180 days after the date of enact-
16
ment of this Act, the Secretary of the Interior shall issue
17
a final rule removing the Northern Continental Divide
18
Ecosystem population of grizzly bears from the Federal
19
List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife without re-
20
gard to any other provision of statute or regulation that
21
applies to the issuance of such rule. Such issuance and
22
this subsection shall not be subject to judicial review.
