PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL REPORTS ON BUY AMER- 1 ICAN AND HIRE AMERICAN COMPLIANCE. 2 (a) IN GENERAL.—The head of each agency required 3 to submit reports under Executive Order 13788, entitled 4 ‘‘Buy American and Hire American’’, (or any successor 5 order) shall make each report available to the public, and 6 submit each report to Congress, at the same time the head 7 of the agency submits the report to the Secretary of Com- 8 merce and Director of the Office of Management and 9 Budget. 10 (b) PUBLICATION OF PREVIOUS REPORTS.—Not 11 later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this 12 Act, the head of each agency that was previously required 13 to submit a report under Executive Order 13788 shall 14 make each such report available to the public, and submit 15 each such report to Congress. 16 SEC. 3.
