To repeal the Authorization for Use of Military Force.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Walter B. Jones Re-

storing Power to Congress Act’’.

SEC. 2. REPEAL OF AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF MILITARY
6
FORCE.

Effective as of the date that is one year after the
8
date of the enactment of this Act, the Authorization for
9
Use of Military Force (Public Law 107–40; 50 U.S.C.
10
1541 note) is repealed.
