REAUTHORIZATION OF NEOTROPICAL MIGRATORY 1 BIRD CONSERVATION ACT. 2 Section 10 of the Neotropical Migratory Bird Con- 3 servation Act (16 U.S.C. 6109) is amended to read as fol- 4 lows: 5 ‘‘SEC. 10.
