A BILL
To amend title 23, United States Code, to modify the per-
centages of funds to be allocated to certain urbanized
areas under the surface transportation block grant pro-
gram.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Support Local Trans-
4
portation Act’’.

Section 133(d)(6) of title 23, United States Code, is

amended by striking subparagraphs (D) and (E) and in-
4
serting the following:

‘‘(D) for fiscal year 2019, 62.5 percent;
6
and
7
‘‘(E) for fiscal year 2020, 65 percent.’’.
