A BILL
To repeal the restriction on the use of funds by the Internal
Revenue Service to bring transparency to the political
activity of certain nonprofit organizations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘End Dark Money Act’’.

Notwithstanding section 101 of division C of Public

Law 115–245, section 125 of Division E of the Consoli-

dated Appropriations Act, 2018 shall have no force or ef-

fect during fiscal year 2019.
