A BILL
To make continuing appropriations for salaries and expenses
of air traffic controllers for fiscal year 2019.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. CONTINUING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE FED-
3
ERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION.
4
If interim or full-year appropriations are not in effect
5
for the Federal Aviation Administration during any period
6
in fiscal year 2019, there is hereby appropriated for that
7
period, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise
8
appropriated, such sums as may be necessary (as deter-
9
mined by the Secretary of Transportation), at the rate for

operations as provided in the Transportation, Housing
1
and Urban Development, and Related Agencies Appro-
2
priations Act, 2018 (division L of Public Law 115–141)
3
and under the authority and conditions provided in such
4
Act, for paying the salaries and expenses of any air traffic
5
controller that were conducted in fiscal year 2018 and for
6
which appropriations, funds, or other authority were made
7
available under any account relating to the Federal Avia-
8
tion Administration.

SEC. 2. TERMINATION.

Appropriations and funds made available and author-
11
ity granted pursuant to this Act shall be available until
12
the earliest of the following:
13
(1) the enactment into law of an appropriation
14
(including a continuing appropriation) for any pur-
15
pose for which amounts are made available in sec-
16
tion 1;
17
(2) the enactment into law of the applicable
18
regular or continuing appropriations resolution or
19
other Act without any appropriation for such pur-
20
pose; or
21
(3) September 30, 2019.
