To amend the Oil Region National Heritage Area Act to
reauthorize the Oil Region National Heritage Area, and
for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Oil Region National
4
Heritage Area Reauthorization Act’’.

SEC. 2. OIL REGION NATIONAL HERITAGE AREA ACT.

(a) MANAGEMENT ENTITY.—The Oil Region Na-
7
tional Heritage Area Act (Public Law 108–447; 118 Stat.
8
3368) is amended by striking ‘‘Oil Heritage Region, Inc.’’

(b) SUNSET.—Section 608 of the Oil Region National

Heritage Area Act (Public Law 108–447; 118 Stat. 3372)

is amended to read as follows:

‘‘SEC. 608. SUNSET.
6
‘‘The authority of the Secretary to grant or provide
7
any assistance under this title shall terminate on Sep-
8
tember 30, 2026.’’.

(c) AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.—Section
10
612(a)(2) of the Oil Region National Heritage Area Act
11
(Public Law 108–447; 118 Stat. 3373) is amended by
12
striking ‘‘$10,000,000’’ and inserting ‘‘$20,000,000’’.
