Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Udall Park Land Ex- 4 change Completion Act’’. 5 SEC. 2. DEFINITIONS. 6 In this Act: 7 VerDate Sep 11 2014 00:09 Jan 31, 2019 Jkt 089200 PO 00000 Frm 00001 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6201 E:\BILLS\H670.IH H670 pamtmann on DSKBFK8HB2PROD with BILLS 2 •HR 670 IH (1) CITY.—The term ‘‘City’’ means the city of 1 Tucson, Arizona. 2 (2) NON-FEDERAL LAND.—The term ‘‘non-Fed- 3 eral land’’ means the approximately 172.8-acre par- 4 cel of City land identified in the patent numbered 5 02–90–0001 and dated October 4, 1989, and more 6 particularly described as lots 3 and 4, S1⁄2NW1⁄4, 7 sec. 5, T.14 S., R.15 E., Gila and Salt River Merid- 8 ian, Arizona. 9 (3) SECRETARY.—The term ‘‘Secretary’’ means 10 the Secretary of the Interior. 11 SEC. 3.
