Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Indiana Dunes Na- 4 tional Park Act’’. 5 SEC. 2. INDIANA DUNES NATIONAL LAKESHORE RETITLED 6 AS INDIANA DUNES NATIONAL PARK. 7 (a) IN GENERAL.—Public Law 89–761 (16 U.S.C. 8 460u et seq.) is amended— 9 VerDate Sep 11 2014 02:47 Jan 31, 2019 Jkt 089200 PO 00000 Frm 00001 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6201 E:\BILLS\H684.IH H684 kjohnson on DSK79L0C42 with BILLS 2 •HR 684 IH (1) by striking ‘‘National Lakeshore’’ and ‘‘na- 1 tional lakeshore’’ each place it appears and inserting 2 ‘‘National Park’’; and 3 (2) by striking ‘‘lakeshore’’ each place it ap- 4 pears and inserting ‘‘Park’’. 5 (b) NONAPPLICATION.—The amendment made by 6 subsection (a)(1) shall not apply to the title of the map 7 referred to in the first section of Public Law 89–761 (16 8 U.S.C. 460u), or to the title of the maps referred to in 9 section 4 of Public Law 89–761 (16 U.S.C. 460u–3). 10 SEC. 3. PAUL H. DOUGLAS TRAIL. 11 The 1.6 mile trail within the Indiana Dunes National 12 Park designated the ‘‘Miller-Woods Trail’’ is hereby redes- 13 ignated as the ‘‘Paul H.
