Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. PROHIBITING IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REVISED 1 DEFINITION OF SHORT-TERM, LIMITED-DU- 2 RATION INSURANCE IN ORDER TO PERMIT 3 SUCH INSURANCE TO PROVIDE UP TO 12 4 MONTHS OF COVERAGE. 5 Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Sec- 6 retary of Health and Human Services, the Secretary of 7 the Treasury, and the Secretary of Labor may not take 8 any action to implement, enforce, or otherwise give effect 9 to the final rule, entitled ‘‘Excepted Benefits; Lifetime and 10 Annual Limits; and Short-Term, Limited-Duration Insur- 11 ance’’ (81 Fed.
