A BILL
To bar Supreme Court decisions in certain Patient Protection
and Affordable Care Act cases from citation.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. BARRING PPACA SUPREME COURT CASES
3
FROM CITATION.

Under Article 3, Section 2, which allows Congress to
5
provide exceptions and regulations for Supreme Court con-
6
sideration of cases and controversies, the following cases
7
are barred from citation for the purpose of precedence in
8
all future cases after enactment: Nat’l Fed’n of Indep.
9
