To repeal the corporate average fuel economy standards.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘CAFE Standards Re-
4
peal Act of 2019’’.

SEC. 2. REPEALING THE CORPORATE AVERAGE FUEL
6
ECONOMY STANDARDS.

Chapter 329 of title 49, United States Code, and the
8
item relating to such chapter in the analysis of chapters
9
for subtitle VI of such title, are repealed.
