Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Pay our Doctors Act 4 of 2019’’. 5 SEC. 2. FULL-YEAR APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE INDIAN 6 HEALTH SERVICE. 7 If a joint resolution making continuing appropria- 8 tions for fiscal year 2019 is not in effect, there is hereby 9 VerDate Sep 11 2014 04:28 Jan 16, 2019 Jkt 089200 PO 00000 Frm 00001 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6201 E:\BILLS\H195.IH H195 kjohnson on DSK79L0C42 with BILLS 2 •HR 195 IH appropriated for fiscal year 2019, out of any money in 1 the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, such sums as 2 may be necessary, at an annualized rate for operations as 3 provided in the Department of the Interior, Environment, 4 and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2018 (division 5 G of Public Law 115–141) for fiscal year 2018 and under 6 the authority and conditions provided in such Act, for con- 7 tinuing projects or activities (including the costs of direct 8 loans and loan guarantees) that were conducted in fiscal 9 year 2018 and for which appropriations, funds, or other 10 authority were made available under any account relating 11 to the Indian Health Service, including the ‘‘Indian Health 12 Services’’, ‘‘Contract Support Costs’’, and ‘‘Indian Health 13 Facilities’’ accounts. 14 SEC. 3.
