Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. COMPENSATION FOR CERTAIN LOSSES FOR 3 TED SIMONSON AND REOFORCE, INC. 4 (a) PAYMENT.—The Secretary of the Treasury shall 5 pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise ap- 6 propriated, to Ted Simonson and Reoforce, Inc. a sum of 7 money that shall be in full satisfaction of all claims Ted 8 Simonson and Reoforce, Inc. have against the United 9 States. 10 (b) BASIS.—The payment required by subsection (a) 11 shall be to compensate Ted Simonson and Reoforce, Inc. 12 VerDate Sep 11 2014 22:32 Jun 16, 2021 Jkt 019200 PO 00000 Frm 00001 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6201 E:\BILLS\H3803.IH H3803 pbinns on DSKJLVW7X2PROD with BILLS 2 •HR 3803 IH for the injuries sustained by Ted Simonson and Reoforce, 1 Inc. as a result of the taking of mining claims. 2 SEC. 2. SATISFACTION OF CLAIMS. 3 The payment made pursuant to section 1 shall be in 4 full satisfaction of all claims Ted Simonson and Reoforce, 5 Inc. may have against the United States for any injury 6 described in such section. 7 SEC. 3. INELIGIBILITY FOR ADDITIONAL BENEFITS. 8 Upon payment of the sum referred to in section 1, 9 Ted Simonson and Reoforce, Inc. shall not be eligible for 10 any compensation or benefits from the Bureau of Land 11 Management for any injury described in such section. 12 SEC. 4.
