OPPOSITION TO WAIVER OF OBLIGATIONS OF WTO 1 MEMBERS UNDER THE TRIPS AGREEMENT. 2 The President shall oppose any waiver of obligations 3 of members of the World Trade Organization under the 4 TRIPS Agreement unless a statute is enacted expressly 5 authorizing such a waiver. 6 SEC. 3.
