A BILL
To provide that funding for Gaza shall be made available
instead for the Iron Dome short-range rocket defense system.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Emergency Resupply
4
for IRON DOME Act of 2021’’.

SEC. 2. FUNDING FOR IRON DOME SHORT-RANGE ROCKET

DEFENSE SYSTEM.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, including
3
section 1649 of the William M. (Mac) Thornberry Na-
4
tional Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021
5
(Public Law 116–283) and sections 482(b) and 531(e) of
6
the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2291a(b)
7
and 2346(e)), the President shall transfer all unexpended
8
balances of appropriations made available for assistance
9
to Gaza—
10
(1) to the Department of Defense, to be avail-
11
able for grants to Israel for the Iron Dome short-
12
range rocket defense system; or
13
(2) to the Foreign Military Financing Program
14
authorized under section 23 of the Arms Export
15
Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2763), to be available for
16
grants to Israel for the Iron Dome short-range rock-
17
et defense system.
