AN ACT
To amend title 28 of the United States Code to prevent
the transfer of actions arising under the antitrust laws
in which a State is a complainant.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘State Antitrust En-

forcement Venue Act of 2021’’.

SEC. 2. AMENDMENTS.

Section 1407 of title 28 of the United States Code
5
is amended—
6
(1) in subsection (g) by inserting ‘‘or a State’’
7
after ‘‘United States’’, and
8
(2) by striking subsection (h).
