Veterans Affairs planned to be built in Oahu, Hawaii, as the ‘‘Daniel

was referred to the Committee on Veterans’ Affairs
A BILL
To designate the community-based outpatient clinic of the
Department of Veterans Affairs planned to be built in
Oahu, Hawaii, as the ‘‘Daniel Kahikina Akaka Depart-
ment of Veterans Affairs Community-Based Outpatient
Clinic’’.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION OF DANIEL KAHIKINA AKAKA

DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS COM-

MUNITY-BASED OUTPATIENT CLINIC.

(a) DESIGNATION.—The community-based outpatient
6
clinic of the Department of Veterans Affairs planned to

be built in Oahu, Hawaii, shall after the date of the enact-

ment of this Act be known and designated as the ‘‘Daniel
2
Kahikina Akaka Department of Veterans Affairs Commu-
3
nity-Based Outpatient Clinic’’ or the ‘‘Daniel Kahikina
4
Akaka VA Clinic’’.
5
(b) REFERENCE.—Any reference in any law, regula-
6
tion, map, document, paper, or other record of the United
7
States to the community-based outpatient clinic referred
8
to in subsection (a) shall be considered to be a reference
9
to the Daniel Kahikina Akaka Department of Veterans Af-
10
fairs Community-Based Outpatient Clinic.
