A BILL
To amend the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Con-
sumer Protection Act to repeal certain disclosure require-
ments, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Prioritizing Informa-
4
tion for Investors Act’’.

SEC. 2. REPEAL OF CERTAIN DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS.

(a) DODD-FRANK.—The Dodd-Frank Wall Street
7
Reform and Consumer Protection Act (12 U.S.C. 5301
8
et seq.) is amended—

(1) by repealing—

(1) by repealing subsections (p) and (q); and
11
(2) by redesignating subsection (r) as sub-

section (p).
