Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Stop CRT Act’’.

SEC. 2. CODIFICATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER.

Executive Order 13950 (85 Fed. Reg. 60683; relat-

ing to combating race and sex stereotyping) shall have the
3
force and effect of law.

SEC. 3. FEDERAL FUNDS LIMITATION.
5
A Federal entity may not grant Federal funds to any
6
entity that teaches or advances any of the following:
7
(1) Any race is inherently superior or inferior
8
to any other race.
9
(2) The United States is a fundamentally racist
10
country.
11
(3) The Declaration of Independence or the
12
United States Constitution are fundamentally racist
13
documents.
14
(4) An individual’s moral worth is determined
15
by his or her race.
16
(5) An individual, by virtue of his or her race,
17
is inherently racist or oppressive, whether con-
18
sciously or unconsciously.
19
(6) An individual, because of his or her race,
20
bears responsibility for the actions committed by
21
members of his or her race.
