To prohibit rescinding the recognition of Israel’s sovereignty
over the Golan Heights.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Israel Sovereignty Re-
4
assurance Act of 2021’’.

SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON RESCINDING THE RECOGNITION

OF ISRAEL’S SOVEREIGNTY OVER THE GOLAN

HEIGHTS.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, none of
4
the funds appropriated or otherwise made available for the
5
Department of State for fiscal year 2022 may be used to
6
prepare, propose, draft, review, or promulgate any regula-
7
tion, guidance, or executive order or to otherwise imple-
8
ment, administer, or enforce any policy that rescinds the
9
recognition by the United States that the Golan Heights
10
are a part of Israel.
